Watch As ‘Sister Wives’ Kody Brown Questions If His Wives Are ‘Lying’ To Him

Kody has been trying to see where his wives stand on the idea of living in one house again for months, and now the time has come for the five to decide what their future in Flagstaff will look like once and for all on “Sister Wives.”

However, like other conversations about the topic of one house, this one will also bring some tension to the surface and result in frustration with Kody, Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn.

In a preview clip for the newest Season 9 episode of the TLC show, Kody brings out the Pros and Cons list to figure out once and for all where his wives all stand and why they feel the way they do about the issue. However, while his intentions may be to hear everyone out, the division amongst the group may actually lead to more problems.

When it came to Kody’s idea of living in one home with each wife getting her own separate wing, one wife, in particular, has been vocal when it comes to her thoughts about it—and it doesn’t appear Christine will be persuaded to change her mind on everyone living in separate residences, similar to what they had on the Las Vegas cul-de-sac.

“I’m so not interested,” Christine says to the other wives in the clip, before revealing in an interview that she feels the discussion is “such a waste of time.”

Meanwhile, on the other side of the argument, Janelle is also making it clear that she does want to go back to that living arrangement, and once again makes it clear that she thinks it is the key to getting their family back on track.

“What kind of family are we?” she asks.

Meri and Robyn also appear frustrated as well with the situation, and both seem to admit that they’re hesitant to share their opinions. However, as everyone continues to express their thoughts or their concerns, Kody will begin to question just how honest his wives are being with him—especially since he doesn’t think anyone is keeping an open mind and just sticking to their pre-determined notions about the one house.

“Everybody agreed that they would be open-minded,” he says. “I think they’re lying.”
