Watch As ‘Sister Wives’ Star Kody Brown Considers ‘Dissolving’ Partnership With Robyn
The issues they have been facing since moving to Flagstaff have been continuing to mount on the Brown family, and as another housing woe arises on “Sister Wives,” the stress appears to be getting the best of one of Kody Brown’s marriages.
In a preview clip for the newest episode of the TLC show, the fact that Robyn and Kody’s rental home, where they live with kids Dayton, Aurora, Breanna, Solomon and Ariella, is up for sale, is causing a problem for the pair. They have to leave the property and move somewhere else within 60 days—but they’ve been having a hard time when it comes to finding a new place to live. As a result, the pair are at odds.
“We just need to give God time to provide the rental that we need,” Robyn says in the clip.
“He’s telling us to do something else,” Kody replies.
“He’s not telling me that!” Robyn insists.
Kody believes that since they’ve had trouble finding a rental, they should buy a home in Flagstaff instead, but Robyn is opposed to the idea because she doesn’t want to take on owning another property while waiting for her home on Coyote Pass to be built. As a result of their impasse, Kody even indicates he is so unhappy that he may just go ahead and do things on his own.
“I am getting close to that point where I will dissolve the partnership that I have with her and I will go buy a house without her,” he says.
The drama with Robyn is only the latest to affect the family when it comes to the properties they are living in. Meri is in the midst of a third move, after being kicked out of her first rental by neighbors who didn’t want her there, and now being forced out of her current rental that is also up for sale. Janelle was also forced to leave her first rental and find a new place too.
The family’s homes they left behind in Las Vegas have also seen some struggles as they remain partially unsold, and there were even battles over the plots on Coyote Pass as well.
“Sister Wives” airs Sundays at 8 p.m. EST on ABC.
