A CCTV footage released Monday, shows a girl miraculously escaping unhurt after being hit by a speeding car in southern Poland last Tuesday.

In the video, the young girl can be seen carefully checking the road before running along a zebra crossing. Just before she reaches the other side, she sees a car speeding towards her. The girl lifts raises her hands startled. She take a step back and driver of the black Toyota RAV4 jams the break. However, the girl is hit and she is sent flying.

She lands on the hood of another car whose driver gets down to check on the girl. However, to everyone’s surprise, the girl gets up, dusts off herself and walks back to the pavement.

Local media suggest the girl suffered minor injuries. However, it is unknown if the driver of the speeding car was charged in relation to the accident.

In a similar incident in September, a woman drove over a boy tying his shoelaces in a park lot in Indian city of Goregaon. The eight-year-old boy used his quick-thinking and fell flat on the floor. He was unhurt. The woman was arrested after the boy’s father filed a complaint.

The CCTV footage of the incident went viral. The video showed the boy playing football in the parking lot when he takes a break to tie his shoe lace. Just then, the woman gets into the car and takes reverse without realizing the boy was under the car. The boy ducks and the car passes over him. He then gets up unhurt and goes back to playing. The video did not show the woman stopping.

“We have registered an FIR and booked the driver for negligent driving and endangering the life of another person,” said an officer, local daily Mumbai Mirror reported.
