Wayne Brady And Chilli Dating: TLC Singer Says Pair Are Just Friends

If you thought the rumored romance between Rozonda "Chilli" Thomas and Wayne Brady seemed a bit questionable, a rep for Thomas has validated your suspicions.

According to People, a rep for the TLC singer says the two are not in a romantic relationship and are just really good friends.

"They are not dating, they've never dated, they've only ever been friends, that's it," a rep for Thomas tells the magazine. "They had dinner together after New Year's because they were on the same show. They are old friends."

People had previously reported that a source told the publication that the 41-year-old comic and R&B singer, 42, were spotted spending time together in Las Vegas last weekend. The mag also said the pair were seen holding hands at the MGM Grand. Brady currently has an improv show running at the Mirage. "They've been friends for a long time, but the romance is a new thing," the source told People.

Brady also squelched the rumors in a post on his Twitter account, making it pretty clear the two aren't romantically involved.
