As fast as couples like Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie were announcing their split, other stars were stepping out to put their new romances on full display … and a few of those relationships left us scratching our heads.

Amber Rose and Val Chmerkovskiy:

Amber Rose and Val Chmerkovskiy clearly found love on the dance floor. Although the celebs weren’t partnered together on Season 23 of ABC’s “Dancing With the Stars,” they did become a couple after Rose was voted off.

Sources told Us Weekly that the pair got close while on the dancing competition show and gradually became friends. “But it’s recently turned into more and they have been hooking up,” the source said. Although Rose and Chmerkovskiy haven’t publicly confirmed the romance, they were spotted holding hands on a dinner date and have been sharing photos of each other on their Instagram pages.

Ariana Grande and Mac Miller:

After calling it quits with Big Sean, Ariana Grande set her sights on another rapper: Mac Miller. The “Side To Side” singer and the “Stay” rapper were first linked as a couple in August after they were spotted locking lips at Katsu-Ya eatery in Encino, California. Although Grande and Miller initially played coy about the romance at first, the couple eventually went public with their relationship and now they have no problem sharing photos of each other on social media.

Apollo Nida and Sherien Almufti:

The ink on Apollo Nida and Phaedra Parks’ divorce papers wasn’t even dry before the former “Real Housewives of Atlanta” star announced that he was not only in a relationship with someone else, but engaged to be married. This romance definitely came as shocker, but Nida and Almufti seem to be going strong. No word on when the wedding will happen though.

Taylor Swift and Tom Hiddleston:

Taylor Swift didn’t waste any time getting over Calvin Harris. Just two weeks after calling it quits with the Scottish DJ, the “Bad Blood” singer was seen kissing and cuddling with Tom Hiddleston. Unfortunately, just as fast as the relationship started, it fizzled out. Three months after going public with the romance, Swift was once again a single girl.

Malika Haqq and Ronnie Magro:

This is another relationship we didn’t see coming. Former party boy and “Jersey Shore” star Ronnie Magro started dating Khloe Kardashian’s BFF Malika Haqq in December. According to E! Online, the pair met while filming the dating reality show “Famously Single.” Although the romance is new, Magro and Haqq can’t seem to keep their hands off each other.

Kendall Jenner and A$AP Rocky:

Kendall Jenner and A$AP Rocky make one hot but surprising couple. The supermodel and “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star has been linked to boyband singer Harry Styles in the past, but lately has been spending time with rapper A$AP Rocky. A friend of Jenner’s previously told Us Weekly that the couple bonded over their love of fashion.
