Talk show host Wendy Williams has been pretty busy so far this year. From planning an upcoming biopic to doing renovations in her studio following her divorce announcement, "The Wendy Williams Show" host has certainly found herself in the midst of many changes. However, due to the rumored instability of her long-running talk show, it's been reported that her staffers are now looking to find new jobs.

"Wendy has one season left on her contract, and the show may not be renewed," a source revealed to the publication, adding, "They're testing out Jerry as a replacement. The rats are deserting the sinking ship!"

This is not the first time rumors have surfaced that her staff has been looking for work outside of the show. Earlier this month, a report surfaced stating that those working around her had been discussing life after the program as they believed Season 11 would be her last. As for what Williams has said, she continues to remind viewers via her posts on her Instagram that she will return to the purple chair next month.

"The Wendy Williams Show" returns for Season 11 on Sept. 16.
