Kate Middleton is frequently seen out and about participating in royal functions and visits across the U.K., but apparently, her days are quite a bit busier than fans of the royal family may think. In the latest print issue of Us Weekly, the magazine outlines the Duchess of Cambridge’s daily schedule, and it’s jam-packed.

According to the outlet, Kate begins each day with some personal time. “Every morning Kate gets up with the sunrise to jog around Kensington Palace or heads over to Buckingham Palace to swim before the children wake,” a source told the magazine. According to the outlet, the mother-of-three finds exercises “crucial to her mental well-being.”

After a morning workout, the 37-year-old takes meetings with her charities at Kensington Palace. When she’s not in meetings, she’s making “private visits” with people in need, usually children. “She works extremely hard behind the scenes,” added the insider.

After a day of work, Kate prepares a meal for her three children she shares with husband Prince William, Duke of Cambridge. When she doesn’t have time to cook for her family, which includes Prince George, 5; Princess Charlotte, 4; and Prince Louis, 1, she “at least sits down with them for dinner,” said the source.

When Kate’s not working or taking care of her children, she takes time to bond with Prince William. After facing affair rumors earlier this year, the couple has reportedly re-examined their relationship and focused on spending “quality time together.”
