Fast-food giant Burger King is getting into the Halloween season hype with a spooky new sandwich.

The “Ghost Whopper” will go on sale on Oct. 24 at locations across the country for $4.59. It will feature special cheddar-cheese-flavored sesame seed buns dyed a ghostly white.

To hype up this release, Burger King collaborated with professed psychic medium Riza Mirza, of “Circle of Light” fame, to supposedly conduct a taste test séance.

“‘It's beyond belief to experience this taste,’ said one of the spirits,” Burger King’s fanciful press release stated. “Another one affirmed, ‘It's filth!’ Others just didn't know what they were holding in their hands because they've never seen a hamburger in their lifetime.”

Halloween has typically brought limited time variants of Burger King’s sandwiches. Last year, the chain brought out the Nightmare King, a chicken sandwich with green buns. In 2015, another variant, the A1 Halloween Whopper, gave the Whopper a spooky season-appropriate makeover with steak sauce infused black buns.

Earlier in the year, to help promote the third season of Netflix’s “Stranger Things,” the chain released the “Upside-Down Whopper,” which was served with the top and bottom buns in opposite positions.
