Former child star Macaulay Culkin, 31, was photographed while out in New York this week, looking like a 56 year old. The usually young and fresh-looking actor was rather pale and extremely thin.

Folks over at Entertainment Tonight got their hands on some photos of the actor walking while holding a can of Red Bull. The photos have left many wondering why the Home Alone actor looks the way he does. ET plans to reveal more photos of the gaunt-looking actor tonight.
