What Is Hurt Bae? Heartbreaking Video Of Man Who Cheated On His Girlfriend Goes Viral

She sat across from her ex-boyfriend and calmly asked him, “What did you do?” The ex- boyfriend responded, “I had sex with other girls, I did everything.”

A heartbreaking video of a woman confronting her ex-boyfriend after he cheated numerous times on her to the point that he said he lost count went viral on Twitter this week and left many people upset or devastated. Kourtney Jorge appeared in the six-minute clip with her ex-boyfriend, Leonard Long III, for “The Scene,” an online miniseries, talking about how they met, what went wrong in their relationship and ultimately how it ended. The video was retweeted over 133,000 times and had over 290,000 likes. It was trending on Twitter Thursday with the hashtag #HurtBae.

Jorge recalled the time she caught a woman in Long's bedroom. “He had someone else in his room, and he told me to leave, and I went back to my room, and I just cried … like the whole night,” she said.

Toward the end of the video, Long asked why she stayed with him even though she knew he was cheating. She said, “I don’t know. I think I was stupid.” She later added that she stayed “Because you were my best friend.”

Jorge said she doesn't think Long was a "bad guy" because he cheated. "I forgave you," she told him.

Long apologized for hurting Jorge and said he hoped they could still be friends.

" And I get a chance to see you grow to the woman you're becoming," he said.

Thousands took to Twitter Wednesday night to express their feelings toward the video.

“#HurtBae any man who hurts a woman like that...like she seems perfect and even if she isn't, no one deserves that pain done to them,” wrote a Twitter user.

“The pain in her eyes was honestly so triggering, and he's just sitting there looking like a piece of trash #hurtbae,” wrote another.

Jorge, took to Instagram Thursday, writing, "I wanted to thank you all soooo much for your support. This entire experience has been incredibly overwhelming – I never thought the video would receive this type of response.”

Long hasn't commented about the video yet.
