What did Jennifer Aniston and Angelina Jolie say after their split from Brad Pitt?
Pitt was once married to Aniston and Jolie. However, his marriages with them both ended in divorce. Pitt and Aniston were among the A-list couples. She was dubbed the “America’s sweetheart” while he was the “sexiest man alive.” They were a perfect match, that’s what many believed until they broke up. Meanwhile, many were also broken-hearted when Pitt and Jolie parted ways in 2016.

In a previous interview, Aniston confessed that she was lonely after her split from the “Ad Astra” star.

“Am I lonely? Yes. Am I upset? Yes. Am I confused? Yes. Do I have my days when I’ve thrown a little pity party for myself? Absolutely. But I’m also doing really well,” she said. “I’ve got an unbelievable support team, and I’m a tough cookie.… I believe in therapy; I think it’s an incredible tool in educating the self on the self.”

Meanwhile, Jolie told Vanity Fair 10 months after her split from Pitt that it’s “just been the hardest time” for her and her family and added that they are “just kind of coming up for air.”

Jolie also dished about her relationship with Pitt at the time. “We care for each other and care about our family, and we are both working towards the same goal,” she said.

There was anger in Jolie after her split from Pitt, but she kept her emotions at bay. She added that she grew up always worried about her mom and she didn’t want her kids to feel that way for her.

“I was very worried about my mother, growing up—a lot. I do not want my children to be worried about me. I think it’s very important to cry in the shower and not in front of them. They need to know that everything’s going to be all right even when you’re not sure it is.”

In 2016, Pitt and Jolie’s decided to part ways. After almost three years, their divorce is still not finalized. According to lawyers, the process took longer because of their $631 million shared assets as they could not agree on how to divide it especially the Château Miraval in Provence, France.
