Michelle Obama will be releasing a journal called “Becoming: A Guided Journal for Discovering Your Voice” nationwide on Tuesday.

“It’s not about being perfect. It’s not about where you get yourself in the end. There’s power in allowing yourself to be known and heard, in owning your unique story, in using your authentic voice. And there’s grace in being willing to know and hear others. This, for me, is how we become,” Obama is quoted as saying in the journal's description.

Obama created the “Becoming” journal to “help readers reflect on their own personal journey,” reports USA Today. To inspire readers, she writes in the introduction, “we don’t have to remember everything. But everything we remember has value.”

The journal will include 150 quotes and prompts. Quotes or prompts readers can expect to see in the journal are, “If there’s is one thing I’ve learned in life, it’s the power of using your own voice. Write about a time when you spoke your truth to others. How did it make you feel? What did you learn?” and “Write about a specific experience when someone dislodged a dream of yours by trying to lower your expectations. How did it make you feel? How did you try to become that obstacle?”

The former first lady based the journal off her best-selling memoir “Becoming,” which was released in 2018. The motivational memoir broke records in January when it became the longest-running No. 1 book on Amazon since “Fifty Shades of Grey” in 2012, according to CNN.

Just like the memoir, there is a lot of excitement for the success of the “Becoming” journal. Oprah Winfrey already added it as a bonus pick to her “Favorite Things 2019 List.”

“Becoming” the journal will be available at all major book retailers on Tuesday and will be priced between $12.27 and $19.99.
