Celebrities often become inspirations for Halloween costume ideas. 2016 saw several actors, actresses, singers and TV personalities don wacky outfits during the holiday. Taylor Swift became Deadpool, Beyoncé and Jay Z posed as Black Barbie and Black Ken and Orlando Bloom and Katy Perry dressed up as Bill and Hillary Clinton.

On the other hand, Adele shocked fans by dressing up as Jim Carrey’s character The Mask from the 1994 movie of the same name. She uploaded photos of her costume on Instagram. The singer nailed the costume and stunned her 20 million Instagram followers posting photos donning the yellow zoot suit and the ipkiss tie.

At first glance, it is hard to think of the black and white photo as one of the Grammy award winner but fans know that she has a tattoo on her right hand that spells Angelo. And you can see the ink in one of the photos.

The singer celebrated the holiday in Dallas, Texas before performing for her concert at the American Airlines Center. The 28-year-old songstress’ makeup is impeccable – she has even incorporated The Mask’s famous cleft chin, non-existent eyebrows and high cheekbones.

This isn’t the first time the Oscar winner has amazed fans with her getup. People reports that in November 2015 she disguised herself as an Adele impersonator named Jenny. In May 2015, she disguised herself as singer George Michael flaunting lots of facial hair and a great wig.

Adele will perform on Friday and Saturday in Austin, Texas before moving to Houston next week. The singer’s tour ends in the United States at Phoenix, Arizona on Monday, Nov. 21. You can buy tickets for her upcoming concerts here.
