What Will 'Dancing With The Stars' Teams Perform During Season 25 Finals?
The finals have already arrived for Season 25 of "Dancing With the Stars," but before a new team can be awarded the Mirrorball Trophy, the remaining four pairs in the competition will need to duke it out over two night of competition.
The finals night, which will see teams each perform two routines on Monday night before an elimination, followed by the remaining three teams taking on an additional two numbers on Tuesday, will bring back popular challenges like the Judge's Redemption dance, the 24-hour Fusion challenge, and of course, the highly anticipated Freestyle Rounds, which often play a huge role in determining the Season's overall winner.
This will officially be the biggest and most challenging week for the four finalists, as it won't only see them learning the most routines yet, but the stakes are higher than they've been before this time around—at this stage of the competition, whoever comes out on top with both the judges and the viewers will officially be the winners. While the scores and votes from the Semi-finals do factor in to the overall decision, the routines for the finals will also play a major role. Voters will once again be able to call in votes following Monday night's show, and there is also set to be a live online voting window during Tuesday's show as well. Because fan votes and judge's scores both still matter, and in real time, each team will need to make sure they put on their best performances yet.
So what will the finalists perform on night one of the Finals? According to Buddy TV, the routines are as follows:
Jordan Fisher and Lindsay Arnold (#TeamFishUponAStar):
For the Redemption round, head judge Len Goodman reassigned Jordan and Lindsay their Charleston, this time to "Bad Man" by Pitbull feat. Robin Thicke, Joe Perry and Travis Barker. They previously performed a Charleston during Week 3 of the competition, and though the routine did get two 9's, Len only scored them a 7 for it at the time.
They will follow up their Redemption dance with a Freestyle set to "Puttin' on the Ritz 2017 (Jazzy Radio Mix)" by Taco feat. TomX.
Lindsey Stirling and Mark Ballas (#TeamSTARK):
Returning guest judge Julianne Hough assigned Lindsey and Mark a redo of their Week 2 Quickstep, which was their lowest scored dance of the season, earning them only 21 points. The new dance will be performed to the song "Barflies at the Beach," by Royal Crown Revue.
For the Freestyle round, they will dance to a medley of two songs, "Remember the Name" by Fort Minor featuring Styles of Beyond, and "Palladio" by Escala.
Frankie Muniz and Witney Carson (#TeamFranneyPack):
Thanks to Carrie Ann Inaba, Frankie and Witney will be taking it back to their first dance of the competition, a Foxtrot, which was their lowest score the entire season, earning them only 19 points from the judges. This time, they will perform to the song "I Won't Dance" by Frank Sinatra.
For the freestyle round, they are set to perform to "Run Boy Run" by Woodkid.
Drew Scott and Emma Slater (#TeamHotProperty):
The last team to make it to the finals will dance a redemption Paso Doble for Bruno Tonioli, to the song "Get Ready" by Rayelle. Their last attempt at a paso, during Week 6, only earned them 30 judge's points (Shania Twain was a guest judge during that week).
Their freestyle routine will be accompanied by the song "The Ding-Dong Daddy of the D-Car Line," by Cherry Poppin' Daddies.
The "Dancing With the Stars" Season 25 finale airs Monday, Nov. 20 at 8 p.m. EST and Tuesday, Nov. 21 at 9 p.m. EST on ABC.
