What Will 'DWTS' Teams Perform During Week 2 Double Elimination?
After a season premiere which saw some teams wow both judges and fans right out of the gate, while others didn't quite deliver, the "Dancing with the Stars" Season 25 cast will have one last chance to prove they deserve to stay in the competition ahead of Week 2's double elimination.
The ABC series will air episodes on both Monday, Sept. 25 and Tuesday, Sept. 26, with one team being eliminated at the end of each night of competition. Monday's eliminees will be whichever team had the lowest combined total of judge's scores and votes after Week 1 dances, while Tuesday's will be cut from the competition after Monday's scores and votes are combined. However, ahead of saying goodbye to the first two teams, they will all practice performance for each of the nights.
Having two shows means that for the first time, the competing celebrities have been issued a challenge of trying to perfect two routines so early in the competition. While that is normally a challenge for them at any point in prior seasons, it is also a big deal because Week 2 is also the first time the teams have to adapt to only having one week of practice before a premiere. For teams who struggled in the Premiere episode, this could spell big trouble if the fans don't save them.
So what routines will the Season 25 pairs perform in these two episodes? According to Buddy TV, the routines are:
Monday (Ballroom Night):
