Chick-fil-A has made two additions to its menu just for the fall season - the Autumn Spice Milkshake and the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich.

The Autumn Spice Milkshake is a new milkshake flavor for the chicken chain that will arrive on Monday and only be available until Nov. 12 while supplies last.

The new milkshake flavor, the first that Chick-fil-A has added to its menu in four years, features "rich flavors" like cinnamon that are combined with bits of brown sugar cookies. The milkshake is made with Chick-fil-A's Icedream dessert and is hand-spun. It is topped off with whipped cream and a cherry.

Chick-fil-A tested the Autumn Spice Milkshake lastOctober in Salt Lake City to an overwhelmingly positive response, prompting it to bring the sweet treat to restaurants nationwide for the fall.

"Guests love our milkshakes, especially our seasonal flavors, so we are excited to introduce the perfect treat to welcome the fall season," Leslie Neslage, director of menu and packaging at Chick-fil-A, said in a statement.

Also new on the Chick-fil-A menu is the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, which will return after a recent hiatus.

The sandwich is made with grilled chicken marinated in a spicy seasoning on top of a toasted Multigrain Brioche Bun and topped with Colby-Jack cheese, lettuce, and tomato.

Chick-fil-A said the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich is a lighter version of its popular Spicy Chicken Sandwich - a staple on its menu.

"We've heard loud and clear from our guests that they want the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich back on the menu," Neslage said.

To find out if your local Chick-fil-A is serving up the Autumn Spice Milkshake or the Grilled Spicy Deluxe Sandwich, the chain recommends checking the Chick-fil-A app, company website, or contacting a nearby restaurant.

The new menu items are available at participating Chick-fil-A restaurants for dine-in, pickup, or delivery.
