What's New On Netflix In August? 'Lucifer,' 'Jurassic Park,' 'Work It' And More

As the lazy, hazy days of summer and social distancing continue, it’s safe to say that people want to stay inside with the air conditioning and their streaming platforms. So what’s new on Netflix in August? The streamer has over 85 new titles being added this month.

Netflix originals continue to premiere with the return of the supernatural drama “Lucifer” Season 5, starring Tom Ellis, and the reality TV show “Selling Sunset” Season 5. August also brings the debut of dance film “Work It,” which has an all-star lineup of young talent with Sabrina Carpenter, Jordan Fisher, Liza Koshy and Keiynan Lonsdale in the cast.

Also new on Netflix in August are some classics. “Jurassic Park,” “Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind” and “A Knight’s Tale” are all heading back to the streaming service along with a couple of Daniel Craig’s James Bond films. Some more family-friendly films like “The Addams Family,” “Dennis the Menace” and “The NeverEnding Story” are also streaming in August.
