Snow White and the Huntsman picked up two Teen Choice awards on Sunday when Chris Hemsworth and Kristen Stewart took home their surfboards for Choice Summer Male and Female Stars. Little did everyone know, but a couple days later the movie would be the talk of the town for a different reason - a scandalous affair between married director Rupert Sanders and Twilight star Kristen Stewart.

Stewart, 22, has been dating Twilight co-star Robert Pattinson, 26, since the teen vampire movie came out in 2008. Now the actress seems to have bit the poison apple, as her steamy affair with the married Huntsman director comes to light with revealing pictures from July 17.

Stewart met Sanders, 41, while filming the 2012 action packed fairy-tale retelling, Snow White and the Huntsman, a movie that Sander's wife, Liberty Ross was also featured in. While the pair's scandalous rendezvous is only just being revealed, it seems like Sanders knew what he was getting into with Stewart.

Earlier this year Sanders spoke of his leading lady at a press junket for Snow White and the Huntsman in Australia.

When I met her I was very taken by this very rebellious streak to her, she's a very tough girl, the director said of Stewart. She's very live and physical...and she'll put herself in there.

If a source is telling the truth, Sanders was very serious about Stewart being physical. According to the US Weekly photographer who caught the incriminating photos of the actress with the married director, the two seemed like they couldn't get enough.

Photos captured of the secret lovers show them kissing in a car with Stewart pressed up against a window, and Sanders with a wandering mouth. More photos show Sanders with his arms wrapped around the Twilight starlet.

Kristen Stewart might have even hinted about her cheating on Robert Pattinson in the June issue of Elle. The June cover girl told the magazine that she feels boring, and that you can learn so much from bad things.

I can't wait for something crazy to f--king happen to me. Just life, Stewart continued to the magazine. I just want someone to f--k me over. Do you know what I mean?

Stewart might have brought the crazy on herself and her long term relationship with Pattinson. Perezhilton.com reports that a source revealed that Pattinson was completely blindsides by Stewart on the cheating news.
