When is the Royal Wedding?
Months of hype have surrounded the most anticipated day of the year. Later this week, Prince William and Kate Middleton will tie the knot in a ceremony in London.
Mark your calendars: The Royal Wedding will set for Friday, April 29, 2011. The Royal Wedding schedule will officially begin at 11 a.m. London's time when the couple arrives at Westminster Abbey for the ceremony.
The Royal Wedding will be broadcast on television. Since London is five hours ahead of the East Coast of the United States, coverage of the event should begin by 6 a.m. EST or 3 a.m. PST. The BBC will broadcast the wedding on both television and radio. The TV coverage will be anchored by Huw Edwards.
The Royal Wedding will also be broadcast live on YouTube. YouTube's live stream will focus on the wedding procession and the marriage ceremony at Westminster Abbey as well as the balcony kiss.
