When Will Fear The Walking Dead Return? Season 3 Air Date Revealed By AMC

“The Walking Dead” may have just wrapped up its seventh season on AMC, but fans can still get their regular fix of gore, zombies and group politics on “Fear The Walking Dead.” The TV show’s official twitter account announced that Season 3 will premiere on June 4.

The “Fear The Walking Dead” cast is currently filming new episodes in Mexico. A short teaser trailer was released online that shows Victor Strand (Colman Domingo) being attacked by the undead and Alicia (Alycia Debnam-Carey) pointing a gun at someone and fighting to survive before the video ends with a bloody Nick (Frank Dillane) covered in zombie guts.

Season 2 ended with Alicia, her mother Madison (Madison Clark) and Travis (Cliff Curtis) fleeing a posh hotel after Alicia stabbed Andres (Raul Casso). The trio searched for Nick and found a dying Alejandro (Paul Calderon) in the colonia informing them that he is headed for the Mexico-U.S. border.

Elsewhere, Nick led Luciana (Danay Garcia) and her people to what he believed was a refugee camp across the border. Unfortunately, a group of men dressed in military attire shot at them and Luciana ended up with a bullet in her body.

Meanwhile, Ofelia (Mercedes Mason) was kidnapped by the same milita group that shot Luciana.

Season 3 kicks off with Nick and Luciana fighting to survive. Luciana is alive but doesn’t seem fine. A photo shows the couple trying to escape their dire situation through a sewer.

On the other hand, Ofelia will have to become ruthless like her father Daniel (Rubén Blades) if she wants to escape captivity.

Back at the hotel, Strand has finally recovered emotionally and physically from losing his lover, Thomas (Dougray Scott). He is now ready to harness the world’s new currency.

Moreover, Alicia will be fractured in Season 3 after she murdered a human being for the first time in her life.

“Teen Wolf” actor Daniel Sharman has been cast as Troy, a charismatic person who has a cruel streak and is suspicious of outsiders.

“Fear The Walking Dead” Season 3 airs back-to-back episodes on Sunday, June 4 at 9 p.m. EDT on AMC.
