Looking at firmware beta release history (listed below), you’ll see Apple sets a solid trend of releasing the second beta of a major firmware either 14 or 15 days after the first beta is dropped. iOS 10 was an exception to this rule with 22 days passing between the release of beta 1 and beta 2. Therefore, it’s safe to say the iOS 11 beta 2 will likely release in a window of 12-21 days.

iOS 11 beta 1 was released Monday, June 5, 2017. If Apple continues the same trend as the past, then we should see an iOS 10 beta 2 release between Friday, June 16 and Monday, June 26 (I’m leaning towards Monday, June 19 myself.)
