Where Prince William, Kate Middleton Will Spend Easter Sunday With Children
Prince William and Kate Middleton will spend Easter Sunday with their three children, Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis this year.
On Thursday, the Duke of Cambridge flew back to London via a helicopter to attend the global launch of Sir David Attenborough’s next Netflix series “Our Planet.”
Prior to this, Prince William had been spending time with his wife and kids in their country home, Anmer Hall. Chloe Best, a journalist for Hello! magazine, said that the Cambridge family will be staying in Anmer Hall until the end of Prince George and Princess Charlotte’s school break.
Meanwhile, Prince William attended Thursday’s premiere of “Our Planet” with Prince Charles and Prince Harry. The sighting of the three male royals may be considered rare because they usually attended engagements with their spouses.
Prince Harry’s wife, Meghan Markle, did not attend the premiere because she is already on her maternity leave. The Duchess of Sussex is scheduled to give birth sometime at the end of the month or the beginning of May.
Middleton, on the other hand, is in Anmer Hall with her three children. It is unclear where Camilla Parker Bowles is and why she skipped Thursday night’s event.
Prince William and Prince Harry’s attendance at the same event also came as a shock to some royal fans because the royal siblings already announced their decision to split their households.
Their decision to go their separate ways could only mean that they will carry out royal duties separately. Prince Harry and Markle also created their own social media account to provide their supporters a means to get updates from their household.
Kensington Palace, which will now be the official office of Prince William and Middleton, was first to announce the split in November.
“Windsor is a very special place for their royal highnesses and they are grateful that their official residence will be on the estate,” the statement read.
