Which ‘Bachelorette’ Couples Are Still Together?
The moment is finally almost here where fans will learn whether “Bachelorette” Season 13 star Rachel Lindsay is engaged to Eric Bigger, Peter Kraus or Bryan Abasolo, though of course, after she accepts one of their proposals will be the bigger test for the reality star and her future husband.
The “Bachelor” and “Bachelorette” franchises don’t have the best track records when it comes to couples from the show establishing long-lasting relationships once the cameras stop rolling. To date, only Sean Lowe from “The Bachelor” has actually married the woman he chose in the end, Catherine Giudici, and while there is a better track record when it comes to “The Bachelorette,” the majority of couples have still split up, meaning there is a lot of pressure on Rachel and her guy to try and break the curse.

Of course, not every “Bachelorette” couple has wound up ending their relationship, with a handful of the couples still going strong. Here’s a look back at all the “Bachelorette” couples of the past and where they have since ended up:
Season 1: Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter
If “Bachelor” nation could put a gold stamp on only one couple in the franchise history and promote them as proof of the show’s success, it would be the very first “Bachelorette” star, Trista, and her husband, Ryan. The two became engaged during Trista’s season and married in a televised special on ABC in 2003. 14 years later, the pair are still happily married, and are the parents of two children, Maxwell Alston, 10, and Blakesley Grace, 8.
Season 2: Meredith Phillips and Ian McKee
Meredith, whom fans fell for during Bob Guiney’s season of “The Bachelor,” became engaged to Ian at the end of her season, but by February 2005, the two had called it quits. Since then, she went on to marry her high school boyfriend, Michael Broady.
Season 3: Jennifer “Jen” Schefft and Jerry Ferris
Jennifer, who initially won Andrew Firestone’s season before they called it quits, rejected both her final suitors during her season’s finale, though she eventually chose Jerry during her “After the Final Rose” special. She still rejected his proposal later on however, and the two ultimately split. She married Joe Waterman in May 2009, and is now a mother to two kids, Mae Elizabeth, and Charlotte Grace.

Season 4: DeAnna Pappas and Jesse Csincsak
DeAnna and Jesse were set to marry in 2009, but wound up calling off their engagement in 2008. Since then, both have married elsewhere in “Bachelor” nation. Jesse is married to Season 13 contestant Ann Lueders, while DeAnna is married to high school teacher Stephen Stagliano, whose brother, Michael, competed during Jillian Harris’ season. DeAnna and Stephen have two children, Addison and Austin.
Season 5: Jillian Harris and Ed Swiderski
Jillian didn’t choose Michael Stagliano, and became engaged to Ed Swiderski in her finale episode, but by July 2010, they were broken up after he allegedly cheated on her. He went on to marry news reporter Natalie Bomke, while Harris is currently engaged to Justin Passuto, with whom she welcomed a son, Leo, in 2016.
Season 6: Ali Fedotowsky and Roberto Martinez
Though Ali and Roberto were engaged when her season ended, they called it off by November 2011. She went on to have a daughter, Molly, in 2016, with TV and radio host Kevin Manno. The two married in early 2017.
Season 7: Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum
After it seemed like Trista and Ryan would be the only successful couple to last beyond “The Bachelorette,” Ashley and J.P. seemed to usher in a new generation of couples from the show, by being the first ones of now many to stay together afterwards. They married in a TV special in 2012, and have since welcomed two children together, Fordham, in 2014, and Essex, in 2016.
Season 8: Emily Maynard and Jef Holm
Emily and Jef didn’t last long after the show, ending their relationship in October 2012. Since then, she went on to marry Tyler Johnson, whom she met at a church, and they have had two sons together, Jennings Tyler and Gibson Kyle.
Season 9: Desiree Hartsock and Chris Siegfried
Desiree and Chris married in January 2015, and welcomed a son together, Asher, in October 2016.
Season 10: Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray
Despite both being from Atlanta and seeming like a perfect match, Andi and Josh couldn’t make it work after the show and split in January 2015. Though she has seemingly remained single since then, Josh went on to become engaged to Amanda Stanton after meeting on season 3 of “Bachelor in Paradise,” though they also called off their romance in December 2016.
Season 11: Kaitlyn Bristowe and Shawn Booth
Kaitlyn and Shawn are still engaged following her choosing him in 2015. The two have made no immediate plans to marry however, though they still seem to be very happy together.
Season 12: Joelle “JoJo” Fletcher and Jordan Rodgers
JoJo found love with Jordan, the brother of NFL star Aaron Rodgers. The two are still engaged, though they have not publicly revealed plans for a wedding date.
Will Rachel be able to make love work after the show? Tune in to see who she chose to try with when the Season 13 finale of “The Bachelorette” airs Monday, Aug. 7 at 8 p.m. EDT on ABC.
