Who Is Axelle Francine? Tony Parker Marries French Fiancee In Texas Wedding

Tony Parker is a married man. The NBA player married fiancé Axelle Francine on Saturday in San Antonio.

People reports the pair began celebrating on Thursday, with a pre-wedding reception at the Cowboy Dancehall with family and friends. "It was just a little gathering," an employee at the Cowboy Dancehall told People, adding that the groom sipped cocktails and danced. "He wanted to show them a Texas country good time."

In April, the San Antonio Spurs player and his fiancée welcomed their first child, Josh. The two first sparked dating rumors after being seen together in 2011, shortly after Parker split with first wife, actress Eva Longoria. Francine and Parker are both 31, and Francine is a French journalist with a master’s degree in information and communication.

Parker married Longoria in 2007 and they divorced in 2010. Parker cheated on her with the now-ex-wife of his teammate Brent Barry, and Longoria found out via numerous texts sent to the other woman on Parker’s phone.

“So many people want me to hate him and destroy him, but I don't want to," Longoria told Piers Morgan in her first interview since the split in 2011. "I want him to be happy. He's not a bad person. I do believe in forgiving and forgetting. There was a reason we were together. I just want to hold on to the good times.”

Longoria is currently dating Jose Baston, 45, president of Televisa, Latin America's largest media company and the world's largest Spanish-language media conglomerate.
