Who Is Casper Smart and Is He Jennifer Lopez’s New Man? [PHOTOS]

Looks like Jennifer Lopez is having a backup dancer relapse, as reports indicate she is dating Casper Smart, the tattooed mystery man who she has been spotted with recently.

The Insider broke the news that the mystery man hanging around with 42-year-old JLo in New York City is indeed her one of her backup dancers, Casper Smart. The source told The Insider they began hooking up, Much to the chagrin of Jennifer's other dancers, during her recent visit to New York, where paparazzi caught them both exiting her hotel separately.

Smart, a dancer from Anaheim, Calif., has been a part of Lopez's dancers since she released On the Floor this year. He has also appeared alongside the likes of Beyonce at her 2010 Grammy Awards performance and Jordin Sparks and in Glee, Honey 2 and Step Up 3D. According to US Weekly, presumably the twenty-something Smart also dances shirtless, driving the ladies insane, at Club Boulevard in Los Angeles.

US Weekly reported that he was an alternate dancer for Michael Jackson's This Is It world tour, according to his Web site, caspersmart.com, which was presumably removed late Saturday evening.

I wish ppl would get their info right!!! That Web site is almost 2 yrs old and not updated and doesn't get used!! he tweeted on Sunday following reports about his Web site, which vanished. The Web site also listed his height and weight at 5'8 and 160 to 170 pounds and his skills, which include krumping, acrobatics, breaking [and] popping.

Smart was recently a part of Jennifer Lopez's performance on American Idol in May and continues to work with the JLo Dancers as a part of her tour in San Francisco.

Casper Smart has not yet confirmed nor denied allegations about dating or being seen with Jennifer Lopez.

This is not Jlo's first fling with a backup dancer, as her second marriage was to Cris Judd, whom she met while filming her Love Don't Cost a Thing video. The couple married in 2001 and divorced less than two years later.

Lopez has dominated the headlines recently as she split from 43-year-old Marc Anthony four months ago after seven years of marriage. Since, Jennifer Lopez has been linked to Bradley Cooper, whom she denies having dated, but rather only met to speak about a possible future project.
