Drew Barrymore is single no more. The actress has reportedly been seeing someone following her divorce from husband of three years, Will Kopelman. Who is the Hollywood star’s new man, David Hutchinson?

On Friday, Barrymore and Hutchinson’s dating status was confirmed by Us Weekly. The 42-year-old actress’ new beau seems to be pretty close with her, since they closely work together business-wise. Apparently, Hutchinson is the senior vice president of France-headquartered company Maesa Group. Barrymore has business with the firm as it is the one behind her Flower Beauty products.

Barrymore’s romance with Hutchinson is fairly new. They were seen publicly enjoying each other’s company in New York City on May 17. At the time, onlookers shared to media sites that the “Santa Clarita Diet” star and her lover were “holding hands” and “having a lively conversation.”

Then, they were once again spotted together last weekend when they were in Palm Springs. “They were in Palm Springs for a wedding last weekend,” an insider revealed to Page Six after seeing the two at Cheek’s restaurant in the area.

The mother-of-two’s new relationship comes about a year after she separated from Kopelman. It wasn’t known when they officially started dating, but it appears they have been friends for years now since Barrymore started working on Flower Beauty back in 2013.

Barrymore was briefly married to comedian Tom Green, then bartender Jeremy Thomas before marrying Kopelman in 2012. After the two split, they decided to amicably co-parent their kids Olive, 4, and Frankie, 3. Following the divorce, Barrymore admitted that she was “disappointed” that things did not work out for them.

In February, she appeared on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show” and admitted that ending her marriage with Kopelman was her “worst nightmare.” “I so wanted to raise kids in this ultratraditional way and do everything so the polar opposite of my experience,” she said at the time.

Meanwhile, Barrymore may have found out that the media had been following her new romance. Just after news about her boyfriend emerged online, she took to Instagram to post a photo of herself holding a sign that says, “Privacy Please.”
