Lil Wayne may be the father of a 15-year-old boy, who the rapper may not be aware about, TMZ reported late Wednesday.

A woman, identified as Keiotia Watson, claimed in legal documents that she was the mother of the child, who was a result of a sexual relationship she had with Wayne in June 2001.

Watson named the boy Dwayne, after Wayne's government name. She claimed that the boy was born in February of 2002, exactly nine months after her alleged hook up with the musician.

According to the TMZ report, Watson went to court two years ago to establish paternity and seek child support.

At the time, a Louisiana judge ruled in her favor and ordered Wayne to provide over $5,000 a month; but the 35-year-old rapper paid them nothing.

Sources close to Wayne told TMZ that he hasn't paid the money because he was never served with legal papers or notified he's legally the father of the child.

One source close to Wayne said the rapper planned to take a paternity test and if it proved he is the father then he would take full responsibility of the child.

Wayne already has four other children with four different women. He had his first child, daughter Reginae, when he was 16 with his high school sweetheart Antonia "Toya" Carter. They got married on Valentine's Day 2004 and divorced in 2006. His second child, Dwayne III, was born on Oct. 22, 2008, to radio broadcaster Sarah Vivan. His third child, Cameron Carter, was born to actress Lauren London on Sept. 9, 2009. His fourth child, Neal, was born on Nov. 30, 2009, to singer Nivea.

Last month, Wayne got his fans concerned after he was hospitalized Sept. 3 after he was found unconscious in his Chicago hotel room. The Grammy-award winning musician suffered multiple seizures due to which his Las Vegas show had to be canceled.

The rapper, whose birth name is Dwayne Michael Carter Jr, began his professional career at the age of nine. He was the youngest artist to be signed by Cash Money Records. Wayne debuted his solo album "The Block is Hot" in 1999; it went double platinum and reached the third position on the Billboard charts. He has a current net worth of $150 million.

In 2005, Wayne became the president of Cash Money Records and also founded his own record company, Young Money Entertainment.

The musician was nominated for eight Grammy's following his sixth studio album "Tha Carter III" in 2008. Over the years, Wayne has collaborated with dozens of musicians such as Birdman, Ludacris, Chris Brown, Akon, T.I. Keri Hilson among others.

The rapper opened up about his seizures in 2012 after he suffered one mid-flight. “I'm prone to seizures,” he told Rolling Stone. “This isn't my first, second, third, fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh seizure. I've had a bunch of seizures, y'all just never hear about them.”

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, 1.2 percent of the U.S. population had active epilepsy in 2015, which means 3.4 million people suffered with epilepsy nationwide. Three million of people with the affliction were adults.
