Who Is Julianne Hough Dating? Director Ari Sandel Is Star's Rumored New Boyfriend [PHOTOS]

TV personality Ryan Seacrest has moved on, and, apparently, so has his former superstar beau, Julianne Hough.

According to a report from the Daily Mail, photographers captured the 25-year-old “Safe Haven” actress and former “Dancing With the Stars” professional receiving roses from her rumored new boyfriend, director Ari Sandel, shortly after he was spotted leaving her West Hollywood, Calif., home early Saturday morning.

The 36-year-old director, who is best known for his Academy Award win in 2006 for his work on the short film “West Bank Story,” was first linked to the singer and actress after he was seen with Hough on a romantic dinner date last week. According to the Daily Mail, onlookers spotted the famous pair being affectionate with one another while simultaneously dining on Japanese cuisine at popular L.A. hot spot Nobu. A source told TMZ, who originally labeled Sandel as a "Ryan Seacrest knockoff," that the twosome was allegedly spotted "licking each other as they munched on raw fish."

The rumored romance comes just four months after Hough's split from "American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest, 38. The couple called it quits after three years of dating in March, with sources close to the former pair telling People magazine that Seacrest's busy work schedule and Hough's blossoming movie career were the causes of their relationship's demise. Prior to their breakup, Seacrest gushed about his former love on his home network of E! in January to Chelsea Handler of the "Chelsea Lately" show. "She’s so beautiful. Stunning, stunning. She is phenomenal," he said. "She is the best part of every day."

According to a report from Us Weekly, Seacrest has since moved on to brunette Sports Illustrated model Dominique Piek, 27. Althought neither has confirmed their relationship, the new couple has been spotted on multiple occasions together, most recently enjoying a vacation aboard the TV personality's yacht in the South of France earlier this month.
