Who Is Lindsay Clubine? Clay Buchholz's Wife Confirms Nude Photo Leak: 'This Is A Terrible Crime'

Lindsay Clubine, the wife of Boston Red Sox pitcher Clay Buchholz, confirmed Wednesday that she was victimized by the nude photo hacking scandal known as “The Fappening.” The leaked photos were reportedly stolen from her husband’s phone and uploaded to the Internet.

“This is a terrible crime,” Clubine told TMZ Sports. “I have my attorneys removing the pictures. This is very upsetting to my family and I.”

Clubine sent the photos to Buchholz while he was “on the road,” but made it clear that she did not blame him for their release. “Clay and I are good,” the former “Deal Or No Deal” briefcase model said. In addition, she stated that she was incorrectly identified in several “hardcore” photos that actually depicted another woman.

The interview with TMZ provided official confirmation of the photo leak, but Clubine first addressed the situation on Tuesday in a post to her Twitter account.

Buchholz’s wife is the latest in a series of celebrities to have their personal nude photos leaked to the Internet by iCloud hackers. Other notable victims of “The Fappening” include Jennifer Lawrence, Cara Delevingne, Kate Upton, Amber Heard, Gabrielle Union and Anna Kendrick. Like Union, Clubine plans to contact the FBI about the incident.
