Who Is Nate Thompson, Christina El Moussa’s New Reported Boyfriend After Gary Anderson?

“Flip or Flop” star Christina El Moussa reportedly moved on from boyfriend Gary Anderson, a contractor who worked on her home, to Anaheim Ducks player Nate Thompson. Continue reading to find out more about the HGTV reality star’s new beau:

Thompson, 32, is a native of Anchorage, Alaska. He’s been playing in the National Hockey League for nine years. During his career he’s had 47 goals and 62 attempted goals, according to his profile on ESPN.com.

Thompson was unable to play in the NFL for several months last season after he suffered a torn Achilles tendon when he was working out during the off season, the Associated Press reported in June. He had surgery to repair the tendon. During the 2016 season, he had three goals and three assists in 49 games.

It wasn’t his first injury. Thompson suffered from a torn labrum in his shoulder during the same season.

El Moussa, 33, denied the relationship, with her rep telling E! Online they were “just friends,” adding, “she is single and not dating anyone.” A different source, however, told the publication Friday they had been “dating for a month.”

On social media, Thompson posted a picture of himself with El Moussa last week. She shared the same photo.

She was spotted at his hockey game Wednesday. “She was in a really good mood,” an insider told E! Online Thursday. “They were standing together, clapping alone and with everyone else.”

Last month, El Moussa’s rep said she wasn’t looking for a relationship. “Christina is single and being in a relationship is the last thing on her mind,” her rep told E! Online. “She is taking this time to focus on her children and herself.”

El Moussa did not publicly respond to the dating rumors. Neither did Thompson.
