Who is Rosie Coker? Daniel Radcliffe’s Love Keeps a Low-Profile

Splashed across many headlines Saturday was news that Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe (who is the object of many a wizard-lover's affection) might propose to his girlfriend.

Many questioned -- what girlfriend?

Rosie Coker has been kept out of the public eye. Until now. Details of Radcliffe's secret girlfriend are finally coming to light as the rumors emerge that wedding bells are ringing.

The 22-year-old Radcliffe met Coker in 2007 on the set of Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince. Coker had been working as a production assistant.

The Harry Potter star did speak to The Daily Mail a bit about his relationship.

She's busy, I'm busy, but we're making it work and it's good, he said. She's helped me grow up, and I love her very much.

The two are supposedly having great fun together and have already met each other's expected in-laws.

Rosie, or Rosanne, Coker is also currently 22 years old. Her father, Malcolm, runs a painting business, reports The Daily Mail.

Coker's father reportedly told the publication, I don't want to say too much really as they would really prefer to keep things quiet. Supposedly the Harry Potter heartthrob had to keep his relationship under wraps because film executives wanted him to maintain a clean-cut image.

But Rosanne has worked on the last three 'Harry Potter' films, so she and Daniel have known each other quite a long time.

But they have been going out for just over a year now. I have met Daniel and he is a lovely guy, Coker's father added.

I'm just really happy for Rosanne, and as long as she is happy, that is all that matters to me.

According to her IMDB profile, Coker has worked on three Harry Potter films including: The Half-Blood Prince, Dealthy Hallows: Part 1 and Deathly Hallows Part 2.

She also worked on War Horse, which will be released on Christmas Day, 2011, along with The Woman in Black and Wrath of the Titans.

The couple was photographed strolling through New York City earlier this week.

Radcliffe gave a few more details to The Daily Mail about his love life, revealing that he and Coker live together (at least some of the time) in his New York City apartment.

Coker has supposedly given Radcliffe a deadline of two years to be like a fully-functioning human being around the house.

Meaning? I think it means I have to be able to cook for myself better than I can at the moment, he explained. And it means that I can't leave the house in a state the way I do.

In the past, Radcliffe has been blunt about the difficulties of dating in Hollywood, according to The Sun.

I'm not getting too many responses, but yes, I'm having a go, he said about his attempts to romance women last year.

I've never really done it [dated] because all my girlfriends that I've ever met, I've met through work.

So we got to know each other really well at work and then kind of ended up going out, he said.

Radcliffe has even had to confront questions over his sexuality. In an interview with Larry King, the host asked the Harry Potter star about his future plans.

I've got a girlfriend [Coker] at the moment who I am very much in love with. So, you know, we'll see where that goes.
