The latest woman to attach herself as one of former U.S. Congressman and current New York City Democratic mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner's sexting partners has been revealed as Sydney Elaine Leathers. The 23-year-old, who was first exposed as the politician’s latest romp Monday, is becoming a star in her own right after revealing the sexual nature of their secret romance.

While Leathers, an Indiana native and self-described Democrat, is not as well-known as her sexting counterpart, her online biography of her tryst with the 48-year-old former U.S. representative is extensive. Here are five facts about Anthony Weiner’s latest sext-mate:

1. Like Weiner, she isn’t shy in front of the camera. Following the release of explicit images of Weiner displaying a body part synonymous with his last name, graphic photos of Leathers were also released. One of the 30 images sent to the politician via Facebook during their sexual escapade shows Leathers posing in thong underwear. According to a report from TMZ, Weiner was “very persistent” in requesting the photos, especially images that contained her feet, to satisfy his alleged foot fetish.

2. Her relationship with Weiner wasn’t solely online. While the majority of their sexual interactions happened online, Leathers claims they also communicated by phone. TMZ reported that the couple regularly spoke on the phone so that the politician could tell Leathers his “sex dreams.”

3. She revealed their tryst because of Weiner’s mayoral run. Despite their relationship occurring more than a year ago, when Leathers was 22, the politician’s former flame told The Dirty that she revealed their relationship because of his decision to continue a career in politics after resigning in 2011. “I was obviously immature and I acted irresponsibly. I realize my correspondence with Mr. Anthony Weiner was a huge mistake and I am embarrassed by it,” she said. “But the facts are the facts, and he’s running for mayor of NYC, so I felt I should get my story out there.”

4. She claims she was never physically intimate with Weiner. Despite the graphic nature of their texts, photos and phone conversations, Leathers claims she was never physically intimate with Weiner. “And to be totally clear, I did not sleep with him or receive any funds from him,” she said in response to rumors that Weiner promised to gift her an apartment in Chicago.

5. Her online presence is now virtually nonexistent. Leathers utilized Internet communications to begin her relationship with Weiner and reveal their relationship to the press, but her online presence is now virtually nonexistent. Since her reveal, Leathers has not only deleted her Facebook account, which she allegedly originally used to connect with Weiner, but also closed off her Twitter account (@Sydneyelainexo) to the public, making her 140-character quips inaccessible.
