The “Cuckoo” alum took to Instagram on Saturday to share two photos from the romantic proposal, which featured candles, bouquets of red roses and flowers petals sprinkled on the floor.

In one of the photos, Lautner was on his knee while Dome placed over her mouth. The other photo featured Dome bending down to the 29-year-old actor’s level while her hands were placed on his face.

“11.11.2021,” Lautner captioned the post, acknowledging the day of the proposal. “And just like that, all of my wishes came true.”

Meanwhile, Dome shared one of the photos and wrote, “my absolute best friend.” She added, “I CANNOT WAIT TO SPEND FOREVER WITH YOU.”

According to Dome’s Instagram account, she is a registered nurse with a blossoming YouTube channel. Dome has over 8,000 subscribers, but some of her videos have received more than 58,000 views.

Dome’s YouTube videos cover a variety of topics, including nursing questions, puppy vlogs, and her relationship with Lautner.

The “Twilight” star and Dome, whose first name is Taylor, went public with their relationship in October 2018. At the time, Lautner posted a photo of himself kissing Dome while the two were dressed in Halloween costumes.
