Who Is Vitalii Sediuk? Prankster Targets Ciara, Has Message For Kim Kardashian
Celebrity prankster Vitalii Sediuk has struck again, bumrushing Ciara at Paris Fashion Week while she was on her way to a Valentino show, Us Weekly reported Tuesday. The “I’m Out” singer was walking the white carpet when the Ukrainian journalist appeared from behind her -- without pants on.
He hugged Ciara and then walked away when security pulled him off her. Ciara, 28, didn’t look upset, just confused. For the prank, Sediuk donned aviator sunglasses, a black and gold sequined shirt and a black thong. He also had a message written on his leg in white paint. “Ban in U.S. but I rock.” And then it said “Chanel” in bold letters.
The paparazzi seemed shocked after the 25-year-old’s stunt. But everything came back to Ciara’s close friend Kim Kardashian. “Say ‘hi’ to Kardashian,” Sediuk told cameras, in a video posted by Us Weekly. “Kim. Hi.”
When asked why he “attacked” the reality star outside the Balmain fashion show last Thursday, Sediuk said he just wanted to hug her. The story went viral, but apparently there were some rumors that transpired after Sediuk got too close for comfort. “The second story was a lie,” he said. “She said I stalked her near her hotel. It’s ridiculous.”
Even though he might have just meant to “hug” her, Sediuk nearly knocked over the petite 5-foot-3 starlet. "I like the show business world. But it's obviously not my intention to offend someone. It looks like I'm a monster, but I'm a normal guy. Well, what I'm doing isn't normal — but I don't have bad intentions," he told The Hollywood Reporter. "I'm already banned in America. I could be banned in the European Union next. I hope I will not be."
Though he said he never meant to harm anyone, he was ordered to stay away from red carpets after he hit Brad Pitt in the face at Angelina Jolie’s “Maleficent” premiere in Los Angeles this May.
