Where will Tua Tagovailoa end up? That might be the biggest question heading into the 2020 NFL Draft.

The Alabama quarterback was the presumptive No.1 overall pick before the start of the last college football season. That changed with Tagovailoa’s season-ending hip injury and the emergence of Joe Burrow as the Heisman Trophy winner.

It’s all but certain that the Cincinnati Bengals will select Burrow with the top pick. Tagovailoa will likely be the next signal caller off the board.

The Washington Redskins are unlikely to draft a quarterback with the No.2 overall pick after selecting Dwayne Haskins in the first round last year. The Detroit Lions (No.3) are set at quarterback with Matthew Stafford. The New York Giants (No.4) will go forward with Daniel Jones, whom the team selected sixth overall in 2019.

The Miami Dolphins are up at No.5 in the draft, and they do need a quarterback for the future. Ryan Fitzpatrick is currently on track to be the team’s starter in his age-38 season.

Miami is the clear favorite to draft Tagovailoa. DraftKings Sportsbook gives the Dolphins +100 odds to select the 22-year-old in the first round.

Once Miami is on the clock, it might only be a matter of time before Tagovailoa is drafted. The Los Angeles Chargers are a candidate to pick a signal caller at No.6 overall. The Jacksonville Jaguars might decide to take Tagovailoa or another quarterback at No.9.

Los Angeles is given +150 odds to draft Tagovailoa. The Chargers parted ways with long-time starter Philip Rivers in the offseason. L.A. hasn’t added a quarterback in free agency, set to go forward with Tyrod Taylor as its starter in the 2020 NFL season.

Jacksonville traded Nick Foles to the Chicago Bears, paving the way for Gardner Minshew to start next season. Minshew is still a question mark after going 6-6 with a 91.2 passer rating as a rookie. The Jaguars are third with +1100 odds to draft Tagovailoa.

There’s a chance that Tagovailoa’s injury history will force him to fall in the draft. The Dolphins also own the No.18 and No.26 overall picks. The Jaguars pick at both No.9 and No.20.

The Redskins are fourth with +1200 odds to draft Tagovailoa. The New England Patriots, who have the No.23 overall pick, are given +1600 odds to take the Crimson Tide star.

It’s possible that the Patriots or another team will trade up to draft Tagovailoa. At least one team traded up into the top-10 to draft a quarterback in 2016, 2017 and 2018.

The first round of the NFL Draft is set for April 23.
