A court hearing scheduled for Monday to determine who will get temporary guardianship of Michael Jackson's children has been moved to July 20 at the request of Katherine Jackson and Debbie Rowe.

The Los Angeles Superior Court released a statement Friday afternoon saying all prior orders remain in full force and effect, with Katherine Jackson as temporary guardian of the children.

A judge gave Jackson's mother, Katherine Jackson, temporary guardianship days after the singer's death, and a hearing to continue her role had been set for July 13.

In a 2002 will, Jackson nominated his mother to be the guardian, but legal experts say Rowe can challenge the guardianship and possibly win custody of her two children.
