Following the recall for H.E.B. salads for an undeclared anchovy allergen, GHSW, LLC is recalling select salads, wraps, and salad bar trays sold at Whole Foods Markets for a possible soy allergen. The recall affects Whole Foods stores in Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma.

The recalled salads, wraps, and salad bar trays have soy as a sub-ingredient of the mayonnaise used in the making of the products, which was not declared on the label. However, some of the labels do say “may contain soy.”

A list of recalled products can be viewed here.

The affected products were sold at two Whole Food Markets 365 in Texas and at Whole Foods Markets in Louisiana, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Consumers with soy concerns or allergies should not consume the recalled products. They should dispose of it or return it to the place of purchase for a full refund.

Questions about the recall should be directed to GHSW by calling 1-888-449-9386, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. PST or by emailing info@rfgfoods.com.

Consumers that are allergic to soy can have a serious or life-threatening allergic reaction from consuming the recalled products. The company has not received any reports of illness due to the recalled salad and wrap products.

The mislabeling issue was discovered during a label review. GHSW is making the recall in conjunction with the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
