Who's The Fastest iPad Typist In The World? [Video]
Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili’s 15-year-old son has now been officially tagged as the fastest iPad typist on the planet.
The teenager, Eduard Saakashvili, successfully managed to bash out the English alphabets in just 5.26 seconds on the tablet during an event in the former Soviet Republic's Black Sea resort of Batumi. Eduard beat the previous world record of Briton Charlie Joseph McDonnell at 6.31 seconds, set in 2010.
I am very happy, Eduard told Georgian television after successfully pulling off his record-breaking achievement and explained that he had spent months preparing for the attempt.
The Georgian President’s son had three chances to try to break the record, but succeeded on the first try.
Our whole family has been nervous. I am a very proud mummy today, said the President’s wife Sandra Roelofs, the official Guinness World Record website reported.
