Why Did Blac Chyna Name Rob Kardashian’s Baby Girl Dream? Reality Star Welcomes Daughter
Lashed owner Blac Chyna and fiancé Rob Kardashian welcomed a baby girl named Dream Thursday, E! Online confirmed in an exclusive report. Chyna gave birth at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, just like “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” stars Kim and Kourtney Kardashian.
Dream was born at 12:18 a.m. EST and weighed 7 pounds 5 ounces. The couple went to the hospital Thursday morning at 9:40 a.m. EST. Chyna's mother, Tokyo Toni, was there, along with Kardashian matriarch, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Corey Gamble, E! Online wrote.
The reality stars did not immediately give a name meaning for their daughter's name.
Rob, 29, is thrilled over his daughter’s birth. He was “giddy excited,” a source told E! Online.
Chyna, 28, reportedly had a caesarian section. She stayed in the same suite at Kim when she gave birth to son Saint Dec. 5, 2015. The luxury suite costs $4,000 per night and has three rooms, a lounge area and two bathrooms, TMZ wrote Monday.
The birth of Chyna’s daughter was reportedly filmed for “Rob & Chyna” for “hundreds of thousands” of dollars, TMZ reported last week. Chyna’s openness to film the birth reportedly got her reality show renewed for a second season.
It’s the second child for Chyna, who shares son King Cairo with ex-boyfriend Tyga, and the first for her fiancé.
The star's second pregnancy was healthier. “I feel like with my second baby, I’m more educated than the first one,” she said on Amber Rose’s podcast, “Loveline,” Sept. 14. “Just reading and knowing the pros of breast-feeding for your baby, and just recently I found out some new, cool stuff about not cutting the cord and sending your placenta; you can get these pills to take them after to make you and the baby healthy.”
At the time this article was written, the Kardashian-Jenner sisters had not commented on the birth of their new niece.
