Why Isn’t ‘Emergence’ On Tonight? Season 1, Episode 7 Air Date News
There’s still a lot to learn within the world of “Emergence,” but, unfortunately, answers won’t be arriving tonight, as there’s no new episode of the drama airing on ABC.
The network’s hourlong Dolly Parton special, “Dolly Parton: Here She Comes Again!,” will premiere during the 10 p.m. EST time slot instead. It centers on “the life and career of the country music legend, including interviews and performance footage,” according to the synopsis.
“Emergence” then returns with new episodes starting next week, on Tuesday, Nov. 19, at its normal time. When it does come back, it’ll be with Season 1, episode 7, titled “Fatal Exception,” which was written by Lindsey Allen and directed by Jessica Lowrey.
“Jo (Allison Tolman) and Chris (Robert Bailey Jr.) rush to find Piper (Alexa Swinton) before she’s put in harm’s way,” the synopsis shares. “Meanwhile, Jo faces new challenges at home after betraying Alex (Donald Faison) and Ed’s (Clancy Brown) trust.
Owain Yeoman (Benny Gallagher), Ashley Aufderheide (Mia Evans) and Zabryna Guevara (Abby Frasier) also star.
The guest cast for the episode includes Terry O’Quinn (Richard Kindred), Maria Dizzia (Emily), Seth Barrish (Alan Wilkis) and Tamara Tunie (Maria Wilkis).
“Emergence” Season 1, episode 7 airs on ABC on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 10 p.m. EST.
