Why Meghan Markle Can’t Give Up Instagram After Marrying Prince Harry

Meghan Markle may have shut down her Instagram account, but a new report suggests the Duchess of Sussex is secretly obsessed with social media and is constantly checking to see what others think about her.

When Meghan became an official member of the royal family after marrying Prince Harry in May 2018, Kensington Palace’s accounts were the only way fans could gain access to the former “Suits” star on social media.

However, RadarOnline published an article claiming the 37-year-old still has social media accounts. “Meghan used to spend so much time on social media and she even has a couple of secret accounts under fake names so that she can check in and see what her friends are posting,” an alleged source told the site.

The mysterious insider went on to suggest Meghan often goes “on Instagram and Twitter to see what people are saying” about her. “With so much drama surrounding her, Meghan really wants to know what everyone actually thinks of her.”

Rumors of Meghan’s social media obsession comes amid reports she is having a hard time dealing with the negative backlash from the media.

Along with been referred to as “Duchess Difficult” in the press, there are also reports alleging she has been feuding with her sister-in-law Kate Middleton.

Despite the rumors, Kensington Palace has not commented on reports suggesting Meghan is obsessed with social media.
