Why Meghan Markle’s Half-Brother Insists Duchess Will Have Baby Boy
Meghan Markle’s half-brother, Thomas Markle Jr., just shared his predictions regarding the Duchess of Sussex’s baby’s gender.
On the “Royals” podcast, royal expert Angela Mollard said that Thomas already predicted that Markle and Prince Harry will have a baby boy in the coming weeks.
“Thomas has pointed out that it’s typical in their family for boys to be firstborn. He is the firstborn in his family, his grandfather apparently had boys and he himself has two boys, so he’s speculating that,” she said.
However, Mollard said that Thomas’ prediction may only be just that because the gender of the baby usually comes from the man or the male sperm. The expert added that everyone would know the truth once Markle gives birth either in April or May.
Following the male line, Prince Charles and Princess Diana were blessed with two sons, Prince William and Prince Harry. Prince Philip and Queen Elizabeth II have a boy as their eldest son, and Prince Charles is followed by Princess Anne, Prince Andrew, and Prince Edward.
Meanwhile, Mollard also discussed Prince Harry and Markle’s relationship and said that the royal couple will face tremendous pressure in the coming months.
“We don’t know what’s going to happen with Meghan and Harry’s marriage. There’s tremendous pressure on them… I think it’s really important to manage things cautiously,” she said.
Prince Harry and Markle will reportedly separate from Prince William and Kate Middleton. Last week, it was revealed that the Queen allowed the Duke and Duchess of Sussex to set up their office at the Buckingham Palace instead of Kensington Palace.
The latter will continue to be the home and office of Prince William and Middleton, who will eventually become King and Queen.
Mollard also said that nothing matters more to the royal family than making sure that their brand is cohesive and that there won’t also be an offshoot. One thing that the Queen wants to avoid is for Markle to overshadow Prince Harry and for the royal couple to overshadow the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge.
