Why 'RHOC' Star Gina Kirschenheiter Denied This Shocking Request From Ex Amid Domestic Violence Case
Gina Kirschenheiter has no plans to grant any requests coming from her ex-husband, Matthew -- at least not yet.
The 35-year-old denied her ex's request to have her sit down for a deposition in their on-going divorce settlement case, according to court documents obtained by Radar, and doesn't have any plans to do so until after his domestic violence case is closed.
"Is this court to pretend that Respondent will not obtain information useful to his criminal defense at a civil deposition about the pending domestic violence allegations?" Gina’s attorney wrote in the documents.
"How can this court make any orders permitting the deposition of Petitioner as the pending domestic violence allegations while also ensuring that it affords Petitioner her constitutionally guaranteed rights not to be deposed in connection with the ongoing criminal action?"

The request for Gina to do a deposition comes as part of his request to amend the terms of their divorce settlement which ordered him to pay the "RHOC" alum a sum of $9,627 per month -- $4,500 for child support for their three children, Nicholas, 7, Luca, 4, and Sienna, 5, and $5,127 for spousal support.
Matt filed the request in Oct. 2019, and at the time, he cited no income as the reasoning. According to court documents obtained by People, the former finance account manager said he had a "forced resignation" from his job following his domestic violence arrest, which occurred in June 2019. Matt pleaded not guilty to the charges and a trial is currently pending.
