Why Was Kylie Jenner Absent From ‘KUWTK’ Christmas Special Photo Amid Pregnancy?
Kylie Jenner recently missed the Christmas special taping for the E! reality TV show, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” on Monday.
The special episode, which is set to air sometime in December, was also attended by retired Olympian, Nancy Kerrigan. Matriarch Kris Jenner shared a photo from the taping, which revealed that her pregnant youngest daughter wasn’t around at that time.
Jenner captioned the snap on Twitter by saying that they had to figure skate on 95-degree weather just for their Christmas episode. In the snap, Jenner was joined by all of her daughters and grandchildren, North West, and Reign Disick. Also missing from the snap are Rob Kardashian and his child, Dream.
After Jenner uploaded their family photo, fans of Kylie asked her where the Kylie Cosmetics CEO was at that time. A rep for the Kardashian family revealed that Kylie was inside her mom’s house, which meant that she will also be featured in the Christmas special. However, she did not ice skate.
“They taped a Christmas special at Kris’ house. Kylie was there, but didn’t ice skate. She kept in the background, but seemed great. Khloe took it easy as well. It was a scheduled taping,” the source told People.
Kylie is expecting her first child – a baby girl – with her boyfriend Travis Scott.
Meanwhile, Khloe and her boyfriend, Tristan Thompson, are also reportedly expecting a baby together. In Jenner’s photo, Khloe’s baby bump was still hardly visible. She was wearing a black long-sleeved thigh-high dress and was all smiles in the picture.
Earlier this month, Khloe attended the first anniversary of Nordstrom in Century City. At that time, an onlooker told US Weekly that the reality TV star’s baby bump didn’t really show. “Khloe looked slim and not visibly pregnant. She had a tiny lower belly pooch but not a big pregnancy type bump! She was happy and smiling and her skin was glowing,” the source said.
As of late, Khloe and Kylie, as well as their respective boyfriends, have yet to directly confirm their pregnancies.
