Will Kim Kardashian be Reggie Bush's New Girlfriend? Ex-Couple Talking After ‘Homewrecker’ Allegations

Is love in the air? Kim Kardashian and ex-boyfriend Reggie Bush are reportedly talking again. According to RadarOnline.com, the two have recently shared very long telephone conversations and have been exchanging text messages.

RadarOnline reports that Bush has been there for Kim through her divorce proceedings from Kris Humphries. The Miami Dolphins running back and the reality starlet began dating in 2007. They broke up in March 2010 and Kardashian met Humphries shortly thereafter.

But now, it seems as if the flame may be rekindled.

The two have been talking for long periods of time on their cell phones and exchanging text messages. Reggie feels bad for Kim and everything she is going through right now. Reggie had been dating someone that he thought he could get serious with, but he ended that a few months ago. Reggie has absolutely no plans on getting back together with Kim. He just doesn't think they are meant to be together, a source close to the former couple told RadarOnline.

In a December interview, Bush did not have much to say about Kim. Ha, I have no comment about that, man, the NFL star said during the press conference laughing. I'm focused on football right now. When further questioned about Kim's quickie-marriage and divorce he responded, Yeah, well, I guess stranger things have happened. But like I said, I'm focused on football and not focused on anybody else's marriage or anything like that.

According to a Life & Style article at the time, Bush was being supportive to Kim. He was calling, texting and even contacting her via Skype. Reggie reached out to Kim via text shortly after she announced she was filing for divorce to make sure she was OK, a source told the tabloid. They've stayed in touch ever since, texting and talking. Kim was Reggie's first love. He knows she's hurting right now, but when the time is right, he'll swoop in and take care of her.

On the recent episodes of Kourtney and Kim Take New York, Kim hints at discord between her and Humphries.

The former couple fought constantly over Kim's quest for fame. Reggie is much more private than Kim and didn't want to be a part of the Kardashian-Jenner reality shows. Yes, Reggie did appear on a few episodes, but that was after much goading, and a lot of tears from Kim. It's truly sad because Reggie and Kim did love each other so much. Reggie didn't watch Kim's wedding special, but had that been him, he NEVER would have agreed to have his wedding filmed for a reality show, an insider told RadarOnline.

Will Kim and Reggie reunite? In a recent interview with Star magazine, glamour model Amber Rose revealed that Kim Kardashian cheated on Reggie Bush with Kanye West, whom Rose was dating at the time. Kim is one of the main reasons why me and Kanye are not together, Rose, 28, told the tabloid. She's a homewrecker! The model even reportedly confronted the reality star about the philandering. She was sending pictures, and I was like, 'Kim, just stop. Don't be that person,' said Rose. I thought at least she'd be woman enough to respond to me. She never responded.

On Monday, Bush filled in as a guest-host on Live! With Kelly and told host Kelly Ripa that he is single at the moment. In June, Bush was linked to actress/model/singer Melissa Molinaro -- a Kim Kardashian lookalike.
