Will Princess Beatrice Copy Kate Middleton Diet Plan Before Wedding?
She is the next royal bride to be tying the knot, and as she prepares for her big day in 2020, many royal fans are interested to find out how Princess Beatrice plans to alter her diet and fitness plan in honor of her big day.
The royal, 31, will marry Edoardo Mapelli Mozzi in 2020 and has been known for using a healthy eating plan and regular exercise to maintain her healthy figure since initially slimming down in 2014. That plan was revealed by her trainer, Nadya Fairweather, who praised the Princess for eating right and not giving into restrictive measures in a bid to become excessively thin.
“Beatrice is in great shape. She eats, which helps,” Fairweather said at the time (via Express UK). “She eats really healthily but she eats, which is massive in a celebrity world full of people starving themselves and doing crazy fad diets which I just do not agree with. Beatrice has beautiful curves and she embraces that.”
Since then, many have wondered how else she may have maintained her healthy lifestyle, and she sparked speculation that she now uses a plant-based diet after having a vegan menu and dairy-free birthday cake while celebrating this past summer. Now, with a wedding on the horizon, there is speculation about what she may opt to do ahead of her big day.
If she does follow a diet plan for the wedding, she would be far from the first royal to do so. Her sister, Princess Eugenie, was reported to have like lost a percentage of body fat through exercise before her October 2018 nuptials, while it is believed Meghan Markle also used an exercise regimen and plant-based diet before her own May 2018 nuptials.
Most famously, Kate Middleton used the Dukan Diet before her April 2011 wedding to Prince William. That diet plan saw the Duchess initially start with an Attack Phase (a protein-heavy phase), before slowly reintroducing vegetables and indulgent options.
