Will Smith’s new Snapchat show, “Will at Home” has provided fans with a variety of entertainment, including the spilling of age-old drama from NBC’s “The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air.”

On Wednesday’s episode, Smith virtually reunited the cast, according to Billboard, and what started as a lighthearted reunion ended up diving deeper.

“We've never really had the conversation about what it must have been [like] for you coming into this cast,” Smith told Daphne Maxwell Reid.

Reid played Aunt Viv, Smith’s maternal figure who his character lived with on the show. She joined the cast in Season 4 after an untimely departure by the original Aunt Viv, Janet Hubert.

Hubert’s drama with Smith stems from what he felt was her dismissal and jealousy toward him as an actor, and that she felt was mistreatment by her co-stars.

“I was a dark-skinned, African-American mother, and Will used to tell the you're-so-black jokes to the audience before the show,” Hubert said, according to the Huffington Post in 2017.

The drama extends beyond Smith to his other “Fresh Prince” castmate Alfonso Ribeiro, who played Carlton Banks, who Hubert also claims was a point of contention for her experience as an actor.

“I felt demonized and beaten up and crucified,” Hubert told omg! Insider in 2013. “They were like bad kids, Will and Alfonso, especially Alfonso.”

After years of drama, the cast’s latest Snapchat reunion was also their first and although the tense feelings between Hubert, Smith and Ribeiro still stand, the rest of the cast seems to get along fittingly.

“I suck so bad as an actor,” Smith laughed with his castmates, referring to how he used to mouth their own lines back to them on the show.

The reunion also revealed a few other interesting facts, including that Smith’s character being named after himself originated from Ribeiro.

“We had talked and I said, ‘Look if you’re ever gonna do this show, you’ve gotta be Will Smith,” Ribeiro said, as reported by Entertainment Tonight.

“The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air” ran on NBC from 1990-1996.
