The star couple denied divorce rumors earlier this year, but In Touch Weekly reports the couple may finally be splitting up. Jada Smith, 40, allegedly met recently with celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser. The meeting has spurred rumors that Jada has plans to leave her husband.

A source tells In Touch that Jada Smith has finally begun to take steps to dissolve their marriage and has turned down major roles, such as a Keanu Reeves-directed film, to spend time with her children in this difficult time.

The couple has been married for 13 years and has two children together, Jaden, 13, and Willow, 11. Smith also has one son from a previous marriage.

When In Touch previously announced the couple was getting divorced in August, the couple released a joint statement in response to the claims: Although we are reluctant to respond to these types of press reports, the rumors circulating about our relationship are completely false. We are still together, and our marriage is intact.

Only time will tell if Jada Smith's plans to divorce Will Smith, 43, this time are real.
