‘The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’ 1.30 Patch Fixes Quest, Gameplay And GUI Bugs And Introduces New Vimme Vivaldi Look
Role-playing game maker CD Projekt Red has released the detailed changelog for “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt’s” 1.30 patch, which brings with it a lot of fixes for bugs and issues in certain aspects of the game.
“The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” 1.30 patch is scheduled to be released on Tuesday, as per DSOGaming. The site also pointed out that players would get to see the new look of Vimme Vivaldi when the update arrives.
Based on its changelog, the patch is going to fix a lot of gameplay issues. For example, the oil descriptions of the swords will be removed and the Euphoria buff will now work correctly once the player has imbibed a decoction. The patch also corrects the Adrenaline Rush buff value during the “Capture the Castle” quest.
The upcoming “The Witcher 3” patch is also fixing the Steam controller issues, adding the PlayStation controller prompt icons and repairing the problem with the incorrect level requirements for the craftable items in New Game+ mode.
In terms of quests, players will be glad to know that the 1.30 patch addresses the issue with the “impossible to kill” bandits outside of the Nowhere Inn during the “Following the Thread” quest and fixes the issue with the “impossible to kill” Morkvarg during the “In Wolf’s Clothing” quest in the New Game+ mode. The release of the 1.30 patch changelog comes amid reports that “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” continues to be the biggest moneymaker of CD Projekt Red.
TechnoBuffalo has learned that the mega-successful game raked in massive profits in the first half of 2015 that accumulated to a total of $133 million. This year, though the figure has significantly dropped, the game is said to have made $82 million.
Announced in February 2013, “The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt” debuted in May 2015 for the PS4, Xbox One and PC. Its game of the year edition, which should come with all of the DLCs available at present, will be released tomorrow, Aug. 30.
