'Without a Trace' Star Poppy Montgomery Lists Pacific Palisades Home For $4.985 Million
Australian actress Poppy Montgomery, known for her role on CBS’s "Without a Trace," is selling her stunning 4,800-square-foot house in Pacific Palisades, California, for $4.985 million.
The actress owned the five-bedroom, five-bath home for just 1 1/2 years after purchasing it in April 2015 for a little less than $4.9 million.
Built in 2015 and designed by renowned architect Kenneth Ungar, the home features custom plantation shutters on the exterior, a welcoming brick walkway in front and beautiful oak floors. The gourmet kitchen features Carrara marble and Caesarstone countertops, as well as top-of-the-line appliances, a butler’s pantry and an inviting breakfast nook, Trulia says.
The family room features a custom fireplace mantel, a built-in bookcase, and a wet bar. Downstairs, a large media room and wine cellar offer space for relaxation, as does the outdoor loggia with a brick fireplace and chandelier. A variety of bedroom options includes two that share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom while an upstairs den also could be used as a bedroom.
This isn’t the first time Poppy has owned a house in the Palisades. She also lived there a while back, moving in 2013. Previously, she owned a unique Spanish-style home in the Brentwood neighborhood of Los Angeles, which she bought for $3.6 million in 2013.
The listing agents are Clifford Rowe and Andrea Tzadik of Teles Properties.
